Nasiol MarineCoat One is a premium nano-ceramic coating for the gelcoat and plastic parts of marine vehicles, protecting against scratches, acid rain, UV radiation, detergents, and other chemicals. It rejuvenates the surface's original color and delivers a tough, durable layer with a crystal-clear, ultra-high-gloss finish, while its antifouling properties make exhaust smoke and grime easy to clean without harsh chemicals. Engineered with 10H hardness, it offers up to 1 season of durability underwater and up to 2 seasons on above-water parts. It applies to the gelcoat, topcoat, and plastic parts of boats and yachts, and underwater areas can be refreshed with MarineCoat Fast.

Technical data from the Nasiol MarineCoat One Technical Data Sheet (Artekya Teknoloji Ltd. Şti.). Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.
Apply at 5–30°C / 41–86°F and ≤50% RH. Avoid direct sunlight and work only on cool surfaces — above the suggested ranges the product may cure faster than expected. Do not work areas larger than 1 m² per session. MarineCoat One can be applied to the gelcoat and topcoat of marine vehicles, as well as plastic parts.
Manual application (small surfaces)
- Make sure the surface is dry and free of dust, wax, oil, grease, and other contamination. Wash thoroughly, clay bar if required, then polish or compound with silicone- and wax-free cutting compounds as needed and dry completely. A compressed-air gun helps clear water dripping from plastic parts.
- Prepare the surface with Nasiol Clean Marine to improve bonding performance, and dry with a lint-free microfiber cloth.
- Wear the included nitrile gloves. Place a suede cloth onto the applicator block's sponge surface.
- Shake gently before use. Open the lid and pour onto the suede cloth — 4–5 mL covers 1 m². Keep the lid closed during application and change the suede cloth every 3–4 panels.
- Spread gently in a crisscross motion.
- Once beading occurs (about 30 seconds in normal conditions), wipe the excess off in linear motions with the light gray Nasiol microfiber cloth.
- Complete the final buffing in gentle circular motions with the dark gray Nasiol microfiber cloth.
- Keep coated surfaces away from direct sunlight, contamination, and water for 24 hours. Wait 48 hours before any detergent-based washing.
Cloth technique: fold each microfiber cloth four times before application and do not re-use a side you've already used. If product cures on the surface before wiping, remove it by polishing or sanding and re-apply.
High-pressure spraying (large surfaces)
- Prefer an HVLP spray gun with a 0.8 mm nozzle.
- Hold the nozzle 35–50 cm from the surface.
- Set spraying pressure to 5–6 bar.
- Spray the essential amount with a fine atomization.
