Technical data from the Nasiol ZR53 Technical Data Sheet (Artekya Teknoloji Ltd. Şti.). Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use.
Apply at 5–30°C / 41–86°F and ≤50% RH. Avoid direct sunlight and work only on cool surfaces — above the suggested ranges the product may cure faster than expected. Do not work areas larger than 1 m² per session. A mid-size car takes 60–90 minutes.
- Wash the vehicle thoroughly and clay bar if required. Polish or compound with silicone- and wax-free cutting compounds as the paint condition requires, then wash again and dry completely. Compressed air helps clear water from trims and joints.
- Prepare the surface with Nasiol Clean to improve bonding performance. Ensure no residual contamination remains and dry with a lint-free microfiber cloth.
- Wear the included nitrile gloves. Place a suede cloth onto the applicator block's sponge surface.
- Shake gently before use. Open the lid and pour onto the suede cloth — 4–5 mL covers 1 m². Keep the lid closed during application.
- Spread gently in a crisscross motion.
- Once beading occurs (about 30 seconds in normal conditions), wipe excess off in linear motions with a Nasiol microfiber cloth. Change the suede cloth every 3–4 panels.
- Complete the final buffing in gentle circular motions with a Nasiol microfiber cloth.
- Keep coated surfaces away from direct sunlight, contamination, and water for 24 hours. Wait 48 hours before any detergent-based washing.
Cloth technique: fold each microfiber cloth four times before application and do not re-use a side you've already used. If the first wiping step is missed and product cures on the surface, it must be removed by polishing or sanding and then re-applied.
